Kevin Billman has been a member of UFCW Local 555 since 1990. During this time he has been an active member attending Quarterly Membership Meetings. He was a Shop Steward for 7 years and attended his local Stewards Meetings. He has also attended all Shop Steward Summits. Kevin has been on the Executive Board of Local 555 since 2000, and is currently the Chairman of the Membership and Youth Activities Committee. During this time he was a Fred Meyer employee, working at first in the Grocery Department, but in 1991 transferring to the Apprenticeship program in the Meat Department. In 1995 Kevin became a meat Department Manager at the Albany Fred Meyers. Kevin and his wife Shannan were Married in 1991. They have two sons Leo who was born in 2000, and Elisha who was born in 2002. Kevin enjoys spending time with his family, he is also an active outdoorsman who likes camping, fishing, hunting, and maybe a little golf now and then. He looks forward to teaching his boys sports and outdoor activities. He is also active in his local church where he participates in any ways possible.
