Hi, my name is Teresa Brunson. I have been a union member for most of my working life, beginning with Stayton Canning Co. (Teamsters) for 8 years, then Albany Fred Meyer (UFCW 555) for the past 17 years! At Fred Meyer I worked my way up through Apparel, and then during my last seven years I was the Human Resource Coordinator, where I learned a lot about the Union contracts and labor laws.

I was honored to be a Shop Steward for 10 of those years with Fred Meyer but in March of 2007, my position as HR became a non-union position, and I sadly became a voice for the company.  Every day I missed being the voice of my fellow coworkers and when an opportunity came available at the Union Office I had to try.  I am so excited to be back in the Union and look forward to working hard for all of you again!

In my “spare” time, I enjoy kayaking, camping, rock hounding, and spending time with my boyfriend Scott, my son Brady, my daughter Trudi and granddaughter Makenzie.
