Ken Spray came to the Local in August 2004, assigned and located in Southern Oregon, covering Roseburg, Grants Pass, Medford, Klamath Falls and Lake View. Ken began his career working with Labor Unions in 1969. Ken has had many years of experience, including contract bargaining, Grievance Representation and Arbitration experience.
Ken has previously worked as a Wage and Hour Investigator for the Alaska Department Of Labor, and has also served as an Administrative Hearing Officer, Mediator and Triple A Arbitrator.
Ken is married and has 2 children and 4 grandkids. Ken and his wife Georgia enjoy being with their grand kids and working in their yard and on their house.
