The Counting Has Begun...

The 2008 Union Elections is underway.  The Elections Committee, headed by elections Chairperson Julia Williams, is now in the process of counting the ballots.  Once the results are in we will provide an update on the results.  This process is expected to take the rest of the afternoon.

The next President, Secretary-Treasurer, Recorder, and 25 Vice Presidents will be decided by this election.

UPDATE 3:30 PM

The initial stages are complete.  The valid ballots are now being removed from the envelopes.

UPDATE 5:00 PM

The ballots are now being counted (automated machine) and questioned ballots are being checked.
