In 2005, We quietly celebrated our Local Union’s 20^th Anniversary!

We are extremely proud of reaching this milestone and see this as an opportunity to reflect on the profound changes that have gotten us where we are today.  Here at Local 555 we have continually evaluated and adapted the way we conduct business in order to deliver the absolute best service to you, the members of Local 555.  The Local currently represents approximately 20, 000 workers. The Local has offices in Tigard, Eugene, Coos Bay, Medford and Salem, Oregon as well as Longview and Vancouver Washington.  Our Local union was built on the cornerstone principle of membership involvement. This practice has created a standard of excellence and accountability that makes Local 555 one of the top, if not the best union in the nation.  In building on the standard of excellence here at 555, each of our proud employees strives to provide the best customer service possible to you our member.  Whether it be negotiating contracts or enforcing contract language through the grievance and arbitration procedure, everyone at Local 555 is striving to deliver these services with the best customer service in the most professional manner, while striving for results that will satisfy beyond expectations.  I am confident that whether it is a simple phone call or something of much greater need, the Staff of Local 555 will provide service that will make all of our members proud.  We appreciate the confidence you show in us each and every day that we work for you.  And as we celebrate 20 years of service to you, we dedicate ourselves to 20 more.
